Karavan Advisory Enterprises LLP signs a MoU with Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd (KOEL), part of $2.5 Billion Kirloskar Group for a Market Entry Strategy into Brazil (LatAm). Karavan will provide strategic support & local presence and help create a go-to-market and entry strategy, into Brazil (LatAm) to help KOEL become a global diversified company.
Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. (KOEL), based out of Pune, Maharashtra, India, is the leading manufacturer of small and medium diesel engines, large engines for nuclear, marine and stationary power plants and power generating units for residential, commercial, marine, defense applications and off highway equipment. KOEL is also a dominant player in the agriculture pumpsets market.

Pune: Karavan extends the MoU (Phase 2) to support Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited ($2.5 B Kirloskar Group) Implement and Execute market strategy for a successful entry into Brasil (LatAm). Karavan confirms strategic support and local presence, establishing key partnerships, business development and executing entry strategy for Kirloskar in Brasil.
Sao Paulo, June 9th, 2015: Karavan Team meets with the Indian Consul General, Ms Abhilashsa Joshi at Consul General's Office in Sao Paulo, Brasil. Discussion included business potential between India and Brasil and promote array of opportunities between the two countries.
